Weber and Davis County residents are invited to participate in the Empower Northern Utah Energy Efficiency program during Utah Climate Week. Weber State University’s Empower Norther Utah program is providing 3,000 free LED light bulbs in exchange for old incandescent and/or CFL bulbs at two exchange events held on September 23 and 26.
Residents can exchange up to 10 old incandescent and/or compact fluorescent (CFL) light bulbs for new, energy efficient LED bulbs at no cost.
Registration opens on Wednesday, September 16th at noon at Weber.edu/Empower, and will remain open while supplies last.
