Clever Octopus Inc ™ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering creativity and environmental awareness through art, science, technology, engineering, and math. By tapping into our waste stream for clean reusable supplies donated to us by businesses and the public, we leverage the value of resources originally fated for the landfill and donate or resell these materials at affordable prices back to the community.
Clever Octopus celebrates and champions creative reuse as a critical part of the multi-pronged process to building climate-neutral communities. By encouraging the rethinking of waste as a resource rather than a burden, we advocate for the power of art and funky craftwork that offers exciting solutions to the growing dilemmas of garbage build-up in landfills. We support a future of more efficient energy and resource use through the repurposing of clean, gently used discards and the limiting of our consumption of new products that embody a fossil fuel-footprint.
